Martin was appointed Chief People Officer in 2023 and leads the organisation’s HR and health and safety functions. With more than 30 years’ experience in various FMCG businesses, he brings broad commercial perspective and deep people leadership expertise. Martin has held senior HR leadership roles with the Estée Lauder Group of Companies. He has led significant people projects and business transformation programmes throughout his career and is a Chartered Fellow.
