A qualified pharmacist with extensive experience in aseptic services and pharmaceutical operations, Karen co-founded Intra-Tech Healthcare in 1997 together with Adam Bloom, helping to pioneer same-day bespoke chemotherapy, parenteral nutrition (PN) and CIVAS services. After the successful sale of the company, she co-founded ITH Pharma and is recognized for her leadership, operational expertise, and dedication to driving ever-higher standards in aseptic compounding. In 2013, Karen was voted Entrepreneur of the Year at the London Loves Excellence Awards.
