The release room protocol, controls how preparation, release-room staff, and authorized quality unit personnel move in and out of the Preliminary change - cleanrooms phase to support manufacturing workflow.

• Sanitise Bare Hands: Apply alcohol-based sanitizer immediately upon passing the outer door threshold.

• Don Primary Garments: Pull on plant-issued sterile scrubs.

• Apply Head and Face Protection: Tuck all hair completely under a mob cap and fit a beard snood if facial hair is present.

• Deploy Footwear Covers: Don secondary overshoes over the facility shoes.

• Final Sanitization & Mirror Check: Re-sanitize hands and check the mirror to verify zero skin or hair exposure.
