A pharmacist and entrepreneur, Adam co-founded Intra-Tech Healthcare, a pioneering specialist aseptic compounding company in 1997 together with Karen Hamling. The company was recognised for delivering same-day bespoke chemotherapy, parenteral nutrition (PN) and CIVAS services. Following the successful sale of this business, he co-founded ITH Pharma to further advance excellence in aseptic compounding and patient care. With over 30 years’ experience, Adam continues to drive innovation, quality, and sustainable growth across the ITH Group.
